Lettings Case Study: We are Kin
Aim: Deliver the a multi faceted solution for promoting the newly modernised student homes.
Our Role:
Collaborating with the team at We Are Kin to create a cost effective bespoke marketing package for their newly refurbished student homes.
In conjunction with the team at We Are Kin we developed a new ‘essential’ package in order to capture their virtual tours on mass in the most cost effective way possible without compromising quality.
Travelling across the UK as the refurbishment rolled out, we captured virtual tours, & imagery of the refurbishment (dressed & undressed) that has been used to promote the properties across all social media channels, their website & Lettings listing pages.
Our ability to listen & respond to teams requirements allowed us to not only develop a bespoke solution for them, but also to add a more cost effective way of creating virtual tours to our portfolio.
Our relationship with We Are Kin continues as we look at new ways to promote their properties including dynamic social videos.
